The 2019 FRC game, Destination: Deep Space, allowed for heavy specialized roles for robots. This year's robot, Dos Locos Chainos El Diablo Defenses, gets its name from the Robocat's subjectively best season so far. Dos Locos Chainos which definitely means "Two Crazy Chains" in Spanish is due to the fact that the robot had a chain which was broken during the season, requiring a second chain. El Diablo Defenses comes from the Greenville District Competition in which the Robocats defended the #1 and #2 ranked teams, 148 and 2468, which almost led to a massive upset. The Robocats advanced to the World Competition in Houston and competed in the Carver Division.
