STEMConnect/TBK Makerspace LEGO Camp

The Woodrow Wilson High School Robocats will be hosting a robotics-based summer camp featuring LEGO Mindstorm kits, which are appraised at $500!, for elementary aged children. And it's only $175! This summer camp is led by experienced high school roboticists that will ENGAGE with your children and give them the jump start they need to get into the world of STEM. This robotics camp offers a 4:1 ratio of counselors to campers, which gives children the individual attention they need to begin programming, designing, and building. Students will also learn about teamwork, project management, creative and competitive collaboration, and the ethics of "Gracious Professionalism".
